We may also collect website analytics and tracking information such as landing page, referrer, UTM campaign fields, device type, pages visited, and conversion events such as quote or booking submissions.

How We Use Information

We use this information to prepare quotes, confirm bookings, manage scheduling, communicate by phone or email, deliver installation services, maintain internal records, improve the website, and review operational history for customer service and follow-up.

Service Providers

Hawkins Pro Mounting may use third-party providers to operate the website and business systems, including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database storage, Resend for email notifications, Google Calendar and Google services for scheduling, and Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager for website analytics if configured.

Twilio may be used as a future or optional communications provider if SMS notifications are enabled after business registration and carrier requirements are complete. SMS is not required to use the site.

Access Instructions

If you provide gate codes, parking notes, concierge instructions, building access details, or similar information, we use it only to prepare for and complete your scheduled service. Avoid submitting sensitive information that is not needed for the appointment.
