These terms explain the basic expectations for Hawkins Pro Mounting quotes, appointments, and installation services.
Quotes And Pricing
Online quote amounts are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may be confirmed before work begins, especially if the job details, wall type, mounting surface, materials, access, add-ons, removals, or scope differ from the original request.
Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, service details, address information, access instructions, and appointment preferences. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect availability, timing, price, or the ability to complete the service.
Appointments
Appointment availability can change due to scheduling conflicts, traffic, weather, material issues, job scope changes, or other operational needs. Hawkins Pro Mounting will make reasonable efforts to communicate schedule adjustments as soon as possible.
Permission To Install
The customer must have permission to mount, drill, hang, or install items at the service location. This is especially important for apartments, rentals, condos, offices, shared spaces, and properties managed by another owner or association.
Hidden Conditions
Hawkins Pro Mounting is not responsible for hidden wiring, plumbing, structural issues, unsafe surfaces, defective customer-provided hardware, or conditions that were not visible or disclosed before work began. If a condition makes the requested installation unsafe or impractical, the scope or price may need to change.
Access And Parking
Customers should provide reasonable access to the property, installation area, parking, elevators, loading areas, gate codes, concierge instructions, or building requirements. Delays caused by missing access or parking information may require rescheduling.
Cancellations And Rescheduling
A formal cancellation and rescheduling policy may be added later. For now, please contact Hawkins Pro Mounting as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Payment
Payment is due after service unless otherwise stated in writing. Deposits, online payments, or other payment terms may be added later if the booking process changes.
Limitation Of Liability
Hawkins Pro Mounting aims to provide careful, professional installation. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Hawkins Pro Mounting is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
